RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Vakhduci, we prioritize your satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with tags and crtificates (if any).
- Customized, personalized, or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
2. Exchange Process
- Exchanges are available for sizing issues or if you’d like to swap an item for something else.
- Please email support@vakhduci.com with your order number and exchange request.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it at no cost.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the receipt.
6. How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@vakhduci.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any supporting photos if applicable. Our team will assist you promptly.
