  • VAKHDUCI is not responsible for delays due to third-party payment providers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship globally. Delivery times and costs vary based on location.
  • Once an order is shipped, VAKHDUCI is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to courier services.
  • Any customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.
  • Customized or engraved items are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Product Warranty

  • Our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials. However, normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty claims must be made within 1 months of purchase with proof of purchase.
