3. Shipping & Delivery

- Once an order is shipped, VAKHDUCI is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to courier services.
- Any customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.
- Customized or engraved items are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials. However, normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty claims must be made within 1 months of purchase with proof of purchase.
